For those that don’t know Canberra is a city existing solely for politicians and bureaucrats.

I WILL BE RE-WRITING IT, BUT I CONSTANTLY HAVE TO BATTLE THESE PEOPLE, WHO ONLY HAVE HALF A BRAIN BETWEEN THEM.
